Tuna is a delicious fish which lends itself best to grilling or searing cooking applications. Most tuna has a mild to medium flavor profile with firm flesh and large flakes and a steak like texture. Yellowfin tuna is known for its bright red color when raw and Albacore is known as a white tuna, but both turn white as they cook. Amazing lightly seared and sliced on tuna salad or served in a rice bowl.
