Silver Salmon PortionSomewhat smaller than the King Salmon, the Silver Salmon or Coho as it is commonly known, is considered by many to be the best salmon on the grill. Silvers have a reddish orange flesh that has a firm texture and delicate flavor, and lends itself perfectly to grilling, broiling, and sautéing both with and without seasonings and marinades.
