Grassfed and Pastured Beef, Pork, and Lamb
Our grassfed beef is raised in Eloy Arizona and is 100% fed and finished on grass. Generally grassfed meats are leaner than grain fed options and higher in Omega 3s and have a richer flavor than corn-fed meat that is somewhat reminiscent of wild game although more mild. When cooking your grassfed steaks it is best to cook it to no more than medium or medium rare to reduce the chances of overcooking due to the lower fat content. Burger or ground options should be cooked same as conventional beef. Our pastured pork also comes from Eloy Arizona. Our lamb is free range and raised in Arizona as well.
Our meat items are available for pickup in store, or can be added to qualifying deliveries of seafood. Not all items are available at all times so please call or email if you are interested in anything. We can also arrange for many items not listed so don't hesitate to make requests.
Some items are available for shipping, however, we cannot offer reduced shipping due to the expense of the meats and extremely tight profit margins.
Beef Offerings: Porterhouse, Rib, and Sirloin steaks, Ground Beef, Roasts, Short Ribs, Marrow and Soup Bones, Oxtail, Heart, and Liver.
Pork Offerings: Pork Chops, Ground Pork, Spare & Franken style Ribs, Roasts, Tenderloins, Bacon, Chorizo, Breakfast Sausage.
Lamb Offerings: Ground Lamb, Shoulder, Sirloin, Loin, and Rib Chops, Rib Racks, Kabobs, Leg of Lamb, Boneless Legs, and Shanks.
