Our medium scallops average between 10 and 20 per pound and are the same wild ocean scallops from the North East coast as our Jumbo size. These slightly smaller scallops cook up a little quicker than the Larges and go farther when added to salads and pastas, or when trying to feed a group. Dry packed with no preservatives or water added. Sold by weight in 3/4 lb average sized packages. Average package is $18
