White Fish Varieties
We carry an extensive variety of whitefish options. Most types of whitefish are fairly low in fat and are generally mild in flavor, but their textures vary from very delicate as is found in Dover Sole, to much firmer and more steak like in Halibut. Some notable whitefish are Sablefish(Blackcod), which has a very buttery texture and taste, Chilean Seabass, and Escolar. Most of our whitefish are sold in filet form however we do carry some head on options for Dover Sole and Red Snapper.
