Lingcod
Although not a true cod, Lingcod as a prepared fish most closely compares to Pacific or Icelandic cod although it may have a slightly more delicate texture and higher moisture content. Lingcod is excellent baked, fried, battered, sauteed, or steamed, and is a great choice for ceviche as well.
